OTOKOÇ Automotive: Shining with 4-Star Brilliance in its 95th Year

Otokoç Automotive, Turkey’s leading mobility company, continues to make quick, successful strides in the agility transformation process. Most recently, Otokoç Automotive was certified as a “4-Star Agility Organization” by the Business Agility Institute, which measures the agility of companies on an international level.

Thanks to the culture-focused actions initiated based on the results of the previous year, Koç Automotive’s Business Agility Profile rose significantly, earning the company a 4-Star Agility certificate in an annual evaluation process that includes close to 1800 companies. According to the evaluation conducted by the Business Agility Institute (BAI), in only around two years, Koç Automotive reached a level that most companies don’t reach until after five. Moreover, more than 60 percent of companies evaluated fail to earn a single star, as they are unable to meet the minimum standards for certification.
